We have a dedicated plant for a demonstration production line with an annual processing capacity of 10,000 tons of waste tires, a research and development center, and equipment manufacturing and assembly workshops. In 2005, the circular economy, a brand-new economic development model, was listed as a key national development project in the 11th Five-Year Plan, attracting widespread attention in China. However, as early as 2000, Mr. Deng Yuchao, General Manager of Dongguan Yuntong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., with the foresight and strategic vision of a strategist, foresaw the enormous economic potential of waste tire recycling and resource utilization—a rubber deposit with immense economic prospects. He saw this project as a good one that protected the environment, created resources, and had social welfare benefits. After more than three years of scientific research and testing, Mr. Deng Yuchao led his research team, which he had personally trained, to successfully develop the "Waste Tire Room Temperature Method for Producing Fine Rubber Powder and Complete Production Line Equipment." To enhance the technological advantages and international competitiveness of his products, Mr. Deng Yuchao collaborated with leading research institutions such as South China University of Technology and Beijing University of Chemical Technology to establish the (Fangda) Waste Tire Room Temperature Refined Rubber Powder Production Technology Research Institute in Chang'an, Dongguan. Industry-leading experts conducted in-depth research on mechanical equipment and automation control. They overcame the technical difficulties of room temperature rubber powder production, strengthened the product's international competitiveness, and equipped it with an intelligent, fully automated central control room monitoring system, giving the equipment a competitive edge in the international market.
